HALL RENTAL PACKAGE

OUR BUILDING CAPACITY IS 385 PERSONS. OUR LOUNGE CAPACITY IS 85 PEOPLE.  BOTH AREAS CAN BE RENTED TOGETHER, OR SEPARATELY. (GREATER THAN 250 PEOPLE IN THE HALL, WITH  BUFFET,   REQUIRES THE LOUNGE FACILITY AT NO EXTRA COST.  WITHOUT THE BUFFET, THE HALL CAPACITY IS 300 PEOPLE)

 

PRICE LIST:

HALL RENTAL ON SATURDAY IS $250.00 FOR 5 HOURS, IF YOU USE OUR CATERER. (5 HOUR MINIMUM CHARGE) $50.00 PER HOUR CHARGE AFTER 5 HOURS.  

IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE YOUR OWN CATERER FOR YOUR EVENT THE HALL RENTAL IS $450.00 FOR 5 HOURS.  $90.00 PER HOUR CHARGE AFTER 5 HOURS. OUR KITCHEN FACILITIES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO YOUR CATERER.  THE EVENT CAN NOT BE BOOKED BEFORE 60 DAYS OF YOUR EVENT.

HALL RENTAL FOR MONDAY THRU THURSDAY AND SUNDAY IS $40.00 PER HOUR.  $60.00 PER HOUR IF YOU USE YOUR OWN CATERER

FRIDAY'S ARE RARELY AVAILABLE BECAUSE OF OUR FISH FRIES, BUT CALL FOR POSSIBLE OPENINGS.

  FOR GROUPS OF 50 PERSONS OR LESS YOU MAY USE YOUR OWN CATERER AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. 

SECURITY MAY BE REQUIRED FOR YOUR EVENT.  PLEASE CALL THE CLUB FOR MORE INFORMATION.

ONE HALF OF THE RENT MUST BE PAID WHEN YOU BOOK THE HALL TO HOLD YOUR EVENT DATE.   

THE REMAINDER OF THE COST IS DUE TWO (2) WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT IN CASH /CREDIT CARD OR CHECK.  

NORMAL CLEAN-UP COSTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL FEE.  A $200.00 CLEAN-UP DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED.  IT WILL BE RETURNED IN IT'S ENTIRETY IF SIMPLE CLEAN-UP IS REQUIRED.  

ANY DAMAGES DONE TO OUR FACILITY WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR COST THAT NIGHT. 

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ADULTS TO ALWAYS SUPERVISE CHILDREN. THEY MUST BE KEPT WITH YOU!  

THE ENTRANCE AREAS ARE NOT FOR CHILDREN TO PLAY.  NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED IN THE LOUNGE WITHOUT  YOU!

NO DECORATIONS MAY BE HUNG OR TAPED TO THE WALLS. YOU MAY SUPPLY YOUR OWN TABLE DECORATIONS IF YOU WISH.  ALL BALLOONS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE HALL AT THE END OF YOUR EVENT.
